About us

My brother is a roofer and I am an engineer. One day, he was working on a steep corrugated steel roof and felt the need for extra safety and stability. He reached out to me for help. After trying and evaluating the best boots available for steel roofers, it appeared that there was still a lot of room for improvement. I looked at the roofs he worked on and understood that the risk is real in that line of work.  I had to do something to help my brother be much safer.

We designed the Magnetic work boot together. He and his team gave all the user inputs and did the field testing as well. I lead the engineering effort. It took us years but we did it.

Now that this is done, the story does not end here. Making my brother safer was a first step and now I want to offer you the same level of safety.
